“Our experience with Holmes Security Systems was excellent. The Security Consultant we worked with was Sheila Morgan. From start to finish, she was professional and proficient. Initially, she met with me, and while we walked through the house, I discussed our family’s security concerns. Based on my input and the layout of our home, she designed a system that, not only addressed our needs, but also incorporated additional security measures we had not considered. Before installation, Sheila presented the security plan to my husband which required her accommodating his busy work schedule and availability. On the day of installation, she arrived with two technicians. Together, they walked through the house and discussed the plan. Based on their suggestions, some alterations were made. The installation process took about 8 hours. Once completed the lead technician explained how the system worked. Since then, we have only triggered a false alarm once, which resulted in an immediate phone call from a surveillance rep. From that incident, we learned the system “really” works.
