Return Policy

For initial product installation and/or monitoring service, the purchaser may cancel the transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of the transaction.

The term of all service agreements shall be for a period of one year and shall automatically renew month to month thereafter.  To cancel service, either party must give written notice to the other by USPS Certified Mail (Return Receipt Requested) or in person, of their intention not to renew service at least 30 days prior to the end of the contract term date.  No refunds will be issued in the initial term.
