Holmes Security is the only security company in Eastern North Carolina with its own local UL Listed 5-Diamond Central Monitoring Station.  Just like law enforcement’s 911 call centers, you’re monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Unlike other security companies, our monitoring center is local. This means your business and property are being protected by trained, professional security personnel who know and understand the area, plus work closely with our local police, fire, and medical departments.

Our Central Monitoring Station has been certified by Underwriters Laboratories (U.L.) in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requirements.  Our Central Monitoring Station is visited on a regular basis by certified U.L. inspectors to ensure compliance with standards set for central station design and operations. Additionally, our Central Monitoring Station is certified as a 5-Diamond call center by The Monitoring Association, an internationally recognized trade organization that represents professional monitoring companies.
