Central Station Operators
Full Time & Part-Time (24-32 hours) openings are available. Our Fayetteville, NC location is seeking a motivated, effective communicator, efficient multi-tasker eager to learn various tasks related to our operations and become part of our UL Listed, 5-diamond, Central Monitoring Station Team.
Knowledge and Experience We Need:
- Proven experience with customer service
- Skilled in the ability to use computers and learn new software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to monitor and dispatch proper authorities to residential and commercial customers, assist customers with alarm issues, monitor the computer for alarm signals, respond to incoming calls, placing outgoing calls to verify alarms, all while accurately documenting information, filing, and administrative duties
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong work ethic; team player with a positive attitude
- Strong analytical mindset
- Effective and professional communication and collaboration skills with both customers and co-workers with an ability to offer a reassuring and calm demeanor to customers, 911 dispatchers, and first responders during residential and commercial burglar and life safety events
Employment Requirements:

Our central station operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Therefore, the right candidate will have flexible hours of availability.
Benefits include Health, dental, and life insurance after completion of 90 days of employment and 401k eligibility after 12 months. Competitive pay with bi-weekly payments via direct deposit.

Inside Sales Executive (Life Safety & Security Consultant)

We are looking for professional Outside Sales Executives (Life Safety & Security Consultants) to join our growing team in Fayetteville, NC & Wilmington, NC! Installation Technicians
Immediate openings are available for experienced and entry-level technicians in Fayetteville, NC
Overview

Responsibilities
- Install and service security systems, fire alarms, and camera systems.
- Educate the client on how to use and maintain their device
- Perform maintenance and provide customer support
- Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
- Fill out detailed reports via iPad and keep records on services that have been performed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Be a team member and work well with others.
Qualifications
- Ability to install, repair, service, test, and troubleshoot systems
- Ability to use tools and basic knowledge of electrical circuits
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
- Working knowledge of the equipment needed for the job
- Ability to work independently without much supervision
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job, which include bending, lifting heavy equipment, climbing, crawling, and working in confined spaces
- NC Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- NO criminal record and ability to pass background and drug screening
- Be able to get registered with the NC alarm system license board.
- NC electrical license is a plus but not a requirement.
- Prior experience is a benefit.
