Service Coordinator (Fayetteville, NC)

Knowledge and Experience We Need:

Proven experience with customer service, inventory ordering/management, office administration, and/or dispatch/scheduling of service and jobs.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Strong work ethic; team player with a positive attitude

Strong analytical mindset and the ability to multitask

Effective and professional communication and collaboration skills with both customers and co-workers

Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency is a requirement.

Security industry experience would be a plus

Employment Requirements: North Carolina Driver’s License, Pre-employment and Random Drug Screening, Criminal Background Check

Full time position with the availability of a benefits package (health, dental, and life insurance) after completion of 90 days of employment and 401k eligibility after 12 months of employment. Competitive pay available with payment via direct deposit bi-weekly.

Central Station Operator

Knowledge and Experience We Need:

Proven experience with customer service

Ability to monitor and dispatch proper authorities to residential and commercial customers, assisting customers with alarm issues, monitoring the computer for alarm signals, responding to incoming calls, placing outgoing calls to verify alarms, all while accurately documenting information, filing and administrative duties

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Strong work ethic; team player with a positive attitude

Strong analytical mindset

Effective and professional communication and collaboration skills with both customers and co-workers with the ability to offer a reassuring and calm demeanor to customers, 911 dispatchers, and first responders during residential and commercial burglar and life safety events

Microsoft Office Suite

Central Station operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  The Candidate must have flexible hours of availability.

Alarm Installer
